First Aid

Built around one idea the big service companies keep missing: you should know what the service costs, and only pay for the supplies your people actually used.

Why we built it

What safety managers keep telling us about first aid service

  • Pricing you can't see

Service fees buried in a per-item markup, so nobody knows what the visit itself costs.

  • Restocked by the tray, not the need

Full compartments swapped out whether or not the contents moved — and billed that way.

  • Contracts that renew themselves

Multi-year terms with automatic renewal clauses and escalators you find out about later.

  • Cabinets nobody matched to the site

The same standard kit on an office wall and a production floor, then stockouts on the one item that matters.

What you get

A first aid program sized to your site, not our route

Retrofit what's on the wall

Keep your cabinets. We fit the inside with labeled refill boxes sized to your actual use, so a working box gets a decade more life instead of a dumpster.

New cabinets when you need them

Damaged, undersized or a brand-new space? We supply and mount the cabinet, then it joins the same service schedule.

One published price

$99 per cabinet per month, listed on this page before you talk to anyone. Monthly service, with routine supplies in the number.

Extra stock on site

A month of your highest-use items held at your site so a bad week never empties a cabinet between visits — included in the rate.

The same invoice every month

No refill invoice that swings with the season, no full-tray swaps, no minimum spend to chase.

12 months, then month to month

The first year covers the hardware we put on your wall. After that you're month to month — no multi-year auto-renew.

One price

$99 per cabinet, per month. Supplies included.

Monthly service on a 12-month agreement, month to month after that. One number covers the visit and the restock, so the invoice is the same in March as it is in August and nobody has to explain a surprise line item.

What the $99 covers

  • A scheduled monthly visit — every cabinet opened, counted and restocked
  • All routine first aid consumables: bandages, gauze, tape, gloves, antiseptic, cold packs, burn and eyewash items
  • Expired product pulled, documented and replaced
  • Retrofit of the cabinet you already own, or a new cabinet where one is needed
  • Reserve stock held on site so a heavy week never empties the box
  • ANSI/ISEA Z308.1 class check and a written record of every visit

Quoted separately

  • AEDs, pads and batteries (we are a ZOLL dealer)
  • Plumbed or portable eyewash stations and their fluid cartridges
  • Trauma, bleed control and specialty kits added to a wall
  • Field, truck and jobsite kit refill packs, which ship rather than ride the route
  • Anything outside routine first aid — PPE, gloves for production use, consumables for the shop floor

A cabinet is a serviced wall unit or jobsite trailer box on the route. Locations 31–60 driving miles from the nearest Wichita or Oklahoma City service center add $25.00/month; beyond 60 miles is quoted before service. At 10 cabinets or more, every cabinet is $89/month. The 12-month term is what lets us retrofit your existing cabinet — or put a new one on the wall — without charging you for the hardware up front.

How it works

We build the plan off your records, not a catalog page

  1. 01

We look at what you actually use

Send the last few months of first aid invoices or purchase records. We break down the spend by item and interval so the plan is built on your history, not a template.

  2. 02

    Walkthrough and retrofit

We count and measure every cabinet, check contents against the ANSI class your site needs, and fit retrofit kits — or quote new cabinets where a box has to be replaced.

  3. 03

Set the cabinet list and the reserve

We agree which cabinets are on the route and how much extra stock lives on site. Both are adjustable once we see real consumption.

  4. 04

We service, you see the numbers

Each visit we restock, pull expired product and report what moved. With a business account, the same items and spend show up in your portal.

Monthly service

$99 per cabinet per month, routine restock included, on a 12-month agreement and month to month after that. At 10 cabinets or more the rate is $89 per cabinet. Reserve stock on site covers the weeks between visits, so nobody pays for a second truck roll they don't need.

Extra stock kept on site

One month of your top movers is held on site as standard, inside the $99 rate. Two months is for remote sites and lines you can't run out of.

Field and vehicle kits

Kits that ride with crews — trucks, trailers, road crews, jobsite boxes. These aren't on the route; we ship full replacement contents to whoever needs them.

  • First aid items on your approved product list
  • Reorder between service visits at program pricing
  • Role-based approvals and spend limits still apply
  • First aid spend shown alongside the rest of your safety spend
  • Service history and documents kept in one place

Standards we build to

The rules your cabinets are actually judged by

Every cabinet we assess gets checked against the regulation that applies to the work happening around it — not a generic kit list. Here's what we're reading from, and what we do about it.

29 CFR 1910.151(b)

OSHA medical services and first aid

Where no infirmary, clinic or hospital is in near proximity, someone must be trained to render first aid and adequate first aid supplies must be readily available. Our assessment documents what's on the wall, where it is and whether it's reachable from the work area.

29 CFR 1910.151(c)

OSHA emergency eyewash and shower

Where the eyes or body may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing must be provided within the work area for immediate use. We flag cabinets serving those areas and keep personal eyewash on the restock list; plumbed and portable stations are inspected and quoted separately.

29 CFR 1926.50

OSHA construction first aid

Construction sites need first aid supplies in weatherproof containers with individually sealed packages, checked before each shipment and at least weekly. Jobsite trailers and truck kits ride the same route and item list as your building cabinets.

29 CFR 1910.1030

Bloodborne pathogens

First aid responders need gloves, barrier devices and a way to clean up after an incident. Exam gloves, CPR barriers and biohazard clean-up items stay stocked rather than being the thing that ran out in March.

ANSI/ISEA Z308.1-2021

Minimum kit contents and container type

Class A contents cover common workplace injuries; Class B covers higher-risk, higher-population environments. Container Types I–IV set mounting and portability. We build each cabinet to the class and type your area calls for and label the compartments to match.

ANSI/ISEA Z358.1

Eyewash equipment guidance

The consensus standard behind flushing-fluid supply and weekly activation of plumbed units. We keep sealed eyewash within date on the restock list and note any station that looks out of service during a visit.

We supply product and documentation and flag what we find. We are not a certifying body and we don't sign off on your compliance program — your safety lead still owns that call.

Field and crew support

The kits that never see a van route

Truck kits, trailer kits and jobsite boxes are the ones that go empty. A van route only covers the building it stops at, so crews end up buying bandages at a gas station. We handle those the way they actually work: full replacement contents, shipped to the person who needs them.

Full-content refill packs

One sealed pack per kit type, matched to the exact kit your crews carry. A foreman swaps the contents in a couple of minutes — no counting, no partial box, no trip to the store.

Shipped where the crew is

Packs go to a yard, a trailer, a site address or a superintendent's truck — anywhere in the country, not just the two metros we drive. Same item list and same pricing as your fixed cabinets.

Ordered on your terms

Reorder from your portal, text or email us, or set a shipping interval that matches how fast your crews go through kits. Every pack is tied to the site or cost code you assign it.

Field kits are shipped, not serviced — they don't carry a visit fee. Contents follow the same ANSI/ISEA Z308.1 class and container type as your fixed cabinets, so a crew kit and a wall cabinet hold the same items.

Who it fits

One cabinet or fifty, on one schedule

  • Offices and clinics

A few Class A cabinets, low use, and no appetite for a weekly van stop or a three-year term.

  • Aviation, manufacturing and machine shops

The Wichita backbone. Real consumption, real stockout risk — Class B contents and deeper reserve stock keep it covered between monthly visits.

  • Energy, construction and multi-site contractors

Oklahoma City yards, offices and jobsite trailers on one item list and one invoice, with 1926.50 weatherproof kits on the same route.

  • Fleets, ag and field crews

Truck kits and jobsite boxes anywhere in the Kansas–Oklahoma corridor, restocked with full replacement contents shipped to the crew instead of whenever someone remembers.
